Green Smoothie for an Energy Kick

So, let's make a conscious choice to nourish our bodies and minds with what they deserve.





Now, without further ado, here's the recipe (serves 2):


2 cups Spinach

1 cup Kale

1 Apple

1/2 Banana

1 cup (Coconut) Water

1/2 Lemon (Juice)

Ginger

Tumeric

2 tbsp Hemp Seeds


Blend all together and serve cold!
