No precise measurements, no strict rules—just a chaotic dance of flavors that somehow create magic on your plate.


It's a celebration of randomness and cravings that your soul desires. How amazing is it that a simple mix of fresh ingredients can spark joy and delight?




Now, let's talk about what it means to be "wild."


For me, it's not about trekking through nature—because the wilderness is home, it's comforting.


True wildness is about daring to slow down in a world that races forward, daring to be at the pace of Mother Nature herself, who moves slowly and deliberately.


It's a rebellion against the hustle and bustle of the modern world.


In this slowing down, magic happens. Your body comes alive in wild ways—dancing for hours, syncing with the moon, and yes, even playing with your menstrual blood.


It's about finding the untamed beauty within you.


So, without further ado, here's the recipe for our Wild Soul Salad:


1 bunch of lettuce

1 bunch of kale

1 bunch of red cabbage

½ cup boiled quinoa (90 g)

2 tbsp cranberries

2 tbsp pomegranate 

2 tbsp walnuts

Boiled beans (as much as you desire)

1 cup Steamed broccoli (175 g)


Dressing:

½ cup cashew nuts soaked (64 g)

¼ cup hemp seeds

lemon juice of half a lime

½ cup of cucumber (75 g)

salt, pepper

2 tsp nutritional yeast


Here's what you do:

  • Chop up the lettuce, kale, red cabbage, and arrange in a bowl

  • Add all other ingredients into the bowl

  • To make the dressing, add the ingredients into a blender and mix well until creamy

  • Drizzle the dressing on your salad

  • Allow this to be a wild and sensual eating experience!
