But let’s first introduce myself.
My name is Cindy and I am an advocate for Holistic Women’s Health and Cyclical Wisdom. I can say that my passion for holistic health and nutrition found me after I lost my menstrual cycle for almost two years, struggled with digestive issues, acne and the complete disconnect from my feminine energy.
That struggle made me go deep down the rabbit hole because I wanted to get to the root of what was causing these imbalances.
This was almost ten years ago – you can imagine, at that time the path around women’s holistic health was still very much discredited. So my journey was quite lonely at times.
But after all, I can say that all the ignorance and lack of societal support I faced made me become the person I am today.
Now I am standing here to support women in accessing their greatest power and help them connect to their feminine energy.
I know that by helping women heal, we help the whole world heal!
